This visa is for you (or your partner) satisfy the following:

If you are ready to invest your own £1,000,000 or
Own personal assets which exceed £2,000,000 & may take a loan of £1000,000 to invest in UK
Have funds to maintain self & family while in UK

There is no requirement for fluency in English language
