Not sure if you recollect me. Well, you had helped us with our migration to Australia (SharathMenezes and Namrata Menezes). Just wanted to convey our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all the hassle free assistance and consultation that you afforded to us in seeking our PR visa to Australia.Its been a year now and we are settling in very well. We are at Melbourne. Sharath is employed as a Project Engineer with an Infrastructure Company while I am pursuing studies to obtain a local law degree. the market seems pretty flexible for legal jobs if you have a local experience. Most importantly, the PR Visa has helped me to save up on International Student Fees and hence my degree is affordable. Although we are presently managing on one income (since I am not working right now), we have decent opportunities and options to explore around and travel on weekends to surrounding areas and so far our journey has been more than enjoyable.

Hi,
I am as Senior Project Manager with a leading MNC. I had done some research and visited couple of Immigration Consultants before planning to go ahead with BBC Migrations. The only reason to select BBC Migrations is that their views matched my research, there were no over promises and they knew exactly what they were promising.
My main issue was that I was about to near 35 years which would reduce my Points by 5 and would make it difficult to apply for PR 175. I had options to go for State Sponsorship but that would restrict me to a state for 2 years. To my delight Mr. Charania had ensured that my Assessment was complete and Visa filed just 5 hrs before I would touch 35 years. It was so close ? . Timelines for getting a PR depends on X ( Time taken by AU Immigration Officers ) & Y ( Time dependant on you).
