Senior Executive (provisional visa)
For senior executive employees of a major overseas business, who have significant net assets and a genuine and realistic commitment to participate in the management of a new or existing business in Australia.
General Information
The first is applying for 4 years provisional business visa. This provisional visa allows a business migrant to then move to Australia to operate their business setting themselves to apply at a later stage FOR A PERMANENT BUSINESS VISA which entitles them to AUSTRALIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
Who is this visa for?
This visa is for you (or your partner) if, satisfy the following:

Are under 45 years of Age |

Has moderate command over English |

Has an overall successful business career |
|
Are employed in one of the top 3 level of management of a major business |

Show significant business & personal assets ($A500,000) |
|
Show a commitment to maintain an ownership interest in a business in Australia and direct and continuous involvement in management of that business |
What does this visa let me do?
This visa enables Australian Employers to employ overseas workers for a period of between one day and four years.
As Senior Executive Provisional Visa you can:
