Your sponsor that is your Fiancée, who is in Australia, will need to sponsor you a Temporary Visa which is valid till 9 months. During this time the applicant migrated to Australia must have married the sponsor of the visa application. The Prospective Spouse Visa leads to the spouse temporary visa and subsequently to Australian permanent residence.
