This visa is for people who have a successful business or investment career, and have a genuine and realistic commitment to be involved in investing or business in Australia. This visa is also the first step towards being granted a permanent Business Skills visa.

The first is applying for 4 years provisional business visa. This provisional visa allows a business migrant to then move to Australia to operate their business setting themselves to apply at a later stage FOR A PERMANENT BUSINESS VISA which entitles them to AUSTRALIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
Who is this visa for?
his visa is for you (or your partner) if, satisfy the following:

Are under 45 years of Age |

Has moderate command over English |

Shown an overall successful business record of investment |

Show more than 3 years experience in the direct involvement in managing an eligible investment |

Show direct involvement in investments value of at least A$1,500,000 |
|
For the 2 fiscal years before your application the net value of your assets was at least A$2,250,000 |
|
Show that you are prepare to make a designated investment in a State Treasury Bonds of A$1,500,000 for a period of 4 years |
