Business Owner Provisional
It is for successful business owners with a legitimate interest in establishing a new or existing business in Australia. If you were a business owner for at least the last 3-4 years The Business Owner (Provisional) visa is valid for four years, and allows you to move to Australia with your partner, yours or your partner’s dependent children and other dependent relatives living with you.
General Information
The first is applying for 4 years provisional business visa. This provisional visa allows a business migrant to then move to Australia to operate their business setting themselves to apply at a later stage FOR A PERMANENT BUSINESS VISA which entitles them to AUSTRALIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
Who is this visa for?
This visa is for you (or your partner) if, satisfy the following:

Has moderate command over English |

Has an overall successful business career |

Has asset in business ($A200,000) |

Show significant business & personal assets ($A500,000) |

Show annual turnover in your business ($A500,000 for at least 2 years of the last 4 fiscal years) |

Show a commitment to establish or maintain an ownership in business in Australia with continuous involvement in management of that business |
